NOT FEELING THE VIBE?
If your flowers aren’t quite what you expected, no worries! We offer exchanges or gift vouchers. Who doesn’t love a little extra shopping credit?
RETURN DELIVERY
The return delivery of unwanted flowers is on your tab (we're all about keeping it real). You’ve got 14 days to send them back, but please make sure they’re still looking fabulous—in their original condition.
We are happy to offer a refund for any items returned to us within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused, and resalable condition. This means:
- The item must be unused and unmarked.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund based on the item's condition.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days of us receiving your return. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns shipping: If your return is lost or damaged in the post, we may not be able to offer a full refund, we recommend using a tracked and insured service for peace of mind.
BESPOKE ORDERS
For Bespoke Orders, we don’t offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. We make each one just for you! (Check out our full T&Cs HERE for the nitty-gritty details.)
HOMEWARE & VASES RETURNS
For homeware we accept refunds if the item’s returned undamaged and in its original packaging. We want everything to look just as flawless as it did when it left us!
DAMAGED GOODS
If anything’s arrived damaged, just email us at info@fauxkingflorals.com with your order number and some pics. We’ll sort out whether you want a refund, replacement, exchange, or online gift voucher.
